--Spanish classes with a critical and political perspective--

After years of teaching in different contexts (and more recently in Barcelona language schools) we’ve noticed two things: (1) the lack of space to question the themes used in language learning, and (2) the many exploitative ways institutions operate, both towards students and teachers.
This is why we have designed courses where language learning is integrated with a critical examination of the socio-political contexts that shape it (as evidently also language is political). Beyond grammar and vocabulary, we see language as a tool for understanding, reflection, and collective thinking.

We offer:
- Trimester-based courses, with one trimester equaling one level: A1, A2, B1.1, B1.2, B2.2, C1.1, C1.2
- Two presencial classes per week, scheduled at times agreed collectively with students
- Small groups, with a maximum of 8 students to ensure focused learning
- Teachers with experience in Spanish language instruction and academic expertise in related fields (Mila holds a Master’s in Philosophy; Fede completed a Master’s in Degrowth in 22/23)
- A critical approach focusing on topics such as decoloniality, degrowth, the poly crises, queer and gender theory, among others.
- Fair and accessible pricing for both teachers and students: 200 for the 3 months or 80 euros a month.
- A self-managed structure that prevents exploitative practices toward teachers and promotes collective responsibility
